01

How to reach you

So we know who to call when we have a question, and who signs off at the end.

Exactly how it should appear on the site.
We need this one.
The name on your registration or tax filings.
We need this one.
For quick questions. We won't put this on the site unless you tell us to below.
We need this one.
We need this one.
A partner, spouse, or business partner. Better to know now than at the end.
02

What you do

Write it how you'd say it out loud to a customer. Plain is better than polished.

A sentence or two. Your own words are better than anything we'd write.
We need this one.
Pick one. This decides the whole layout.
Please pick one.
If customers come to you, give the street address. If you travel to them, list the towns.
We need this one.
Include any days you're closed, and seasonal differences if you have them.
We need this one.
On a phone this becomes a tap-to-call button.
We need this one.
An email address you actually check every day.
We need this one.
03

What you already have

Even "I'm not sure" is a useful answer here — we'll find out for you.

GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Wix, or whoever set it up for you.
Meaning an address like [email protected], rather than Gmail or Yahoo. This one really matters — if we move things without knowing, your email could stop working.
Please pick one — this is the important one.
Paste the links, or just the handles.
04

How it should look

The fastest way to get this right is to show us something you already like.

They don't have to be in your industry. "Clean," "not too busy," "the photos are big" all help.
If you have brand colours, tell us. If not, we'll pick.
05

Your services and story

This is the content that goes on the inside pages.

List them out with prices if you show prices. You can also paste this from a document.
We need this one.
Three or four sentences. When did you start, why, and what do you do differently?
Paste real ones with a first name and last initial. We can only publish reviews a real customer actually gave you.
Include licence numbers exactly as they should appear, and make sure they're current.
06

What you're selling

Add a row for each product. If you have a lot, add the first few here and send us the rest in a spreadsheet.

Photos go in the shared folder, not here. Name each photo to match the product name so we know which is which. Your rep will send you the upload link.
07

Shipping, returns and payment

This is what the checkout is built from, so it needs to be how you actually operate.

Your state only, the whole US, or international?
We need this one.
Please pick one.
How long do customers have, and what condition does it need to be in? In your own words is fine.
We need this one.
Ask your accountant if you're unsure — we'll set up exactly what you tell us and nothing more.
Email, text, or both — whoever packs the order needs to get it.
Be honest — we'll put this on the site and customers will hold you to it.
Never type card numbers, bank details, passwords or tax ID numbers into this form. When it's time to connect payments, you'll set up your own account in your own name and add us as a user. We never see or hold those details.
08

Last few things

A grand opening, a busy season starting, an event.
Please confirm this so we can publish safely.
Don't forget the photos. Ten to twenty pictures makes the difference between a site that looks real and one that looks like a template. Outside, inside, your team, your work, and one of you. Phone photos are fine — send the originals, not screenshots.
